Mr. Morjain is the founder and CEO of Rok Lending. He has been managing sophisticated real estate transactions for a decade and is experienced in every phase of property acquisition, financing, management, and brokerage. Mr. Morjain has been involved in the day-to-day management of Rok-owned real estate since 2004. He attended the University of Maryland, University of Autonoma Barcelona, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida International University. Bryan has been licensed as a Florida Real Estate and Mortgage Broker since 2006 and operates a brokerage company with over 50 licensed real estate sales and broker associates.

Ben is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in real estate.

Prior to Rok Lending, Joshua was an analyst for Be Aviv where he was originating and underwriting multifamily loans in the New York Metropolitan area. Joshua is a graduate of Tulane University with a concentration in Business Management, Real Estate, and Social Innovation.
Mr. Botbol is responsible for deal origination, structuring of investments, daily operations, underwriting, and expanding the company's presence in new markets. Prior to Rok Lending, Fortunato was a part of the Real Estate Investment team for BCP where he helped grow the company through the development of new and existing business lines. Fortunato is a graduate of the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance, Economics, and Mathematics. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

Mr. Belsanti, who is based in Chicago, IL brings more than 25 years of national commercial real estate lending and banking experience. He is primarily responsible for Rok Lending's loan originations within their commercial real estate division. Prior to Rok, he served as Managing Director at Stronghill Capital, Red Oak Financial, and Money360 where besides originating loans he ran their inside sales department. In addition, Belsanti worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade for 15 years before transitioning to commercial mortgage originations.

Avi Zukerman is responsible for deal origination and syndication at Rok Lending. His areas of expertise include arranging sales of loan portfolios and securing A-note financing for commercial bridge lenders while at Credit Suisse and Avison Young and draws upon his contacts and background from over 18 years of Capital Markets experience. Avi holds a Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA in Finance from Cal State Northridge.
