Mr. Morjain is the founder and CEO of Rok Lending. He has been managing sophisticated real estate transactions for a decade and is experienced in every phase of property acquisition, financing, management, and brokerage. Mr. Morjain has been involved in the day-to-day management of Rok-owned real estate since 2004. He attended the University of Maryland, University of Autonoma Barcelona, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida International University. Bryan has been licensed as a Florida Real Estate and Mortgage Broker since 2006 and operates a brokerage company with over 50 licensed real estate sales and broker associates.

Mr. Lerman is responsible for lead underwriting, equity capital raising, and daily operations. He is also a partner in a family brokerage firm that specializes in real estate - management and investments. He currently carries a real estate broker associate license and insurance license. Ben is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in real estate.

Mrs. Quittner is the liaison between legal, brokers, borrowers, and investors in addition to underwriting and curating deals. Julie is involved with day-to-day operations and assists with servicing loans. She attended the University of Florida and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She holds a Florida Real Estate license and has managed and closed multiple commercial and residential transactions.

Mr. Botbol is responsible for deal origination, structuring of investments, daily operations, underwriting, and expanding the company's presence in new markets. Prior to Rok Lending, Fortunato was a part of the Real Estate Investment team for BCP where he helped grow the company through the development of new and existing business lines. Fortunato is a graduate of the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance, Economics, and Mathematics. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

Ms. Shlesinger is responsible for Business Development, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships. Prior to Rok Lending, Debbie worked in Corporate Strategy and Business Development where she successfully opened the U.S. market for an overseas company. Her expertise lies in client and project management, operations, and branding. Ms. Shlesinger attended Columbia University in New York.

Aryeh serves as Managing Director of Origination for Rok’s loan opportunities. While based in New York - Aryeh oversees the continuing national expansion of the Company. Aryeh has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and consulting services having closed nearly $5 billion of loans during that time. Prior to Rok, he served as Managing Director at Madison Realty Capital, a national bridge lender, and as Director of East Coast Originations for Romspen Capital. He has also provided consulting services to some of the largest Fortune 500 Companies and property owners in the United States.

Anson Wong is a seasoned banker with over 25 years of commercial lending experience. As a VP/Relationship Manager, Mr. Wong’s responsibilities include developing new business relationships, loan originations and debt structuring. Prior to joining Rok Lending, Mr. Wong was the Director of Originations for UNIFY Financial, responsible for business development relationships and managing a team of originators and marketing specialist. During his time with UNIFY, he originated and closed over $700 million of commercial real estate loans nationwide. Mr. Wong’s previous banking experience, Deutsche Bank, GE Capital and Pacific Premier Bank. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic Pomona University.

Brian serves as a liaison between Rok’s management team and strategic lending partners including investment banks, debt funds, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors. Mr. La Belle also is also responsible for originating loans and other potential investments. Prior to joining Rok, Mr. La Belle served as Head of Syndications & Distribution for Argentic Investment Management, where he oversaw all aspects of commercial mortgage and mezzanine syndication, distribution, and investment. Prior to joining Argentic, Brian served as Head of Primary CMBS Trading & Distribution at Barclays Capital. Before joining Barclays, Mr. La Belle was a senior CMBS and derivatives trader at UBS for 11 years. Additionally, Mr. La Belle oversaw the wind-down and workout of over $20 billion of distressed assets including mortgage bonds, nonperforming loans, and derivatives of Dillon Read and the former UBS Prop Desk. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and is a licensed real estate broker.

Tom Belsanti serves as Director of Commercial Lending for ROK Lending. Mr. Belsanti, who is based in Chicago, IL brings more than 25 years of national commercial real estate lending and banking experience. He is primarily responsible for Rok Lending's loan originations within their commercial real estate division. Prior to Rok, he served as Managing Director at Stronghill Capital, Red Oak Financial, and Money360 where besides originating loans he ran their inside sales department. In addition, Belsanti worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade for 15 years before transitioning to commercial mortgage originations.
